For people with disabilities and mental health concerns, socializing can be challenging due to various barriers that exist in society. Therefore, it is essential to have programs and opportunities that provide individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions with the chance to socialize and participate in outings.

The program helps NDIS participants to connect with like-minded individuals in their community, and for them to be confident in social settings, also acquire skill in supported environment. We work with NDIS participants to understand the skills they want to learn or develop. We focus on capacity building, confidence and independence to allow NDIS participants to truly reach their potential.

Mentoring program
This program and workshop is dedicated to assist you to learn new skills, weather you want to learn about photography, or digital art. This workshop is perfect for you, because you will meet like minded people, where you can learn new skills in supportive environment.

Fitness
Fun fitness
Enjoying a day out and fitness activities such as Zumba fitness, latin dancing class, hip hop dancing. Make new friends and getting fit at the same time.

Fun outing
Enjoying group outing, and have activities such as picnic at the national park, visiting the farm, museum, space observatory, music and dancing night, snorkeling, horse riding and other activities within the group.
